That’s why we work closely with trusted local suppliers, including Reilly’s Butchers, renowned for their high-quality, expertly prepared Irish meats. Their commitment to traditional butchery, consistency, and sourcing the best local produce ensures that every cut we serve meets the highest standard.
Our seafood reflects our coastal location along the Wild Atlantic Way. We source fresh fish from local waters whenever possible, including directly from Joey’s Cousins fishermen Shane and Thomas—bringing the freshest catch from sea to plate.
By combining premium local meats with freshly sourced seafood, we create dishes that are rooted in the land and sea of County Mayo, celebrating the flavours of the region in every bite.
